Introduction
Welcome to the Persona 5 Strikers Achievements Guide & Roadmap! This game is a sequel to Persona 5 with a different approach to its combat mechanics. You will fight huge waves of enemies at the same time, while also using your persona to cast attacks on your enemy. The game takes place 6 months after the events of Persona 5, the protagonist visits his friends in Tokyo to spend the summer with them by going on a road trip across Japan. Even without playing the original game, you can play Strikers and understand what the story is about, since the game does a good job of explaining plot to you as much as possible.

Part 1: Play Through The Game And Do All Requests (side Quests)
The game takes a good amount of time to finish so take your time playing through it, enjoying the story and make sure to complete all the requests you come across as you can revisit Jails after completing the game but you cannot travel back to any of the cities!
The main reason why I'm mentioning this is because the only missable achievement in this game, precisely "What are friends for?" requires you to complete certain requests that will only be accessible during certain times, in certain locations. Make sure to come back to this guide regularly and check the "Those Who Heed the Call" Section of this guide in order to make sure that you complete all requests. Don't let the achievement trick you though, you will need to complete most if not all requests in order to fully max out your bond levels, as some skills are locked until a specific request is completed.
Part 2: Unlocking New Game +
After finishing the final boss battle you will have the opportunity to still visit all the Jails. Also, a bunch of new requests will unlock as well so be sure to do those in order to unlock NG+. You will be unable to start New Game + without finishing certain requests first. The trigger for unlocking NG+ is defeating the Reaper, more on that topic in the guide below, in the "Death Defied" section. You will have to level up a lot and farm for Bonding Levels as well at this step.
Part 3: New Game +
After defeating the Reaper you get the chance to start New Game +, but before you do that, make sure you make a save and then start NG+ on Merciless to get the "No Looking Back" achievement. Afterwards, you can turn back to your old save and start New Game + on another difficulty and finish your Persona Compendium, as one Persona is only acquired in NG+.

Master Thieves
Playing with a certain character will unlock master arts for that specific character. You have to be actively playing that character and not just have it in your party in order for that character to earn its mastery arts, so make sure to change between characters regularly in order to unlock all achievements and finally, this one. Each character has 4 master arts.
Seeker Of Power
You will get incense from certain requests or even as drops and from treasure chests. Just open your item inventory and apply the incense on one of your characters to boost their HP/SP or to boost a stat for a Persona.
Best Friend
See "Eternal Bonds" achievement section.
Eternal Bonds
You will earn BOND experience for everything in the game: requests, cooking, beating bosses etc. You will need to reach rank 99 for this achievement to unlock. Getting to max rank 99 takes a while and is tedious.
Best Of The Best
You will have to level up every Phantom Thief to level 70. This should come natural as you play through the game, completing requests. Make sure to switch characters regularly and don't forget to level up Wolf, who you unlock later on in the game.
All That Glitters
You will be introduced to Treasure Demons in the Sendai Jail. Once you attack them you have 30 seconds to defeat them for a huge reward. You will find more than enough by just playing normally. Just defeat 10 and the achievement is yours.
Short Order Cook
See "Master Chef" achievement section.
Master Chef
Before leaving any city, make sure to go to every shop and buy all recipes you find. While this is not mandatory, it is recommended as you will buy them for cheaper. Should you miss any, you can buy them later on from Sophia's shop for an extra fee. Buy 12 and cook them in Joker's kitchen and the achievement should unlock.
Below is a full guide of where to find each recipe:

A Helping Hand
See "Those Who Heed the Call" achievement section.
Those Who Heed The Call
You will need to complete and turn in 50 requests. While you only need to complete 50 for this particular achievements, you will ultimately need to complete most of them for the "Eternal Bonds" achievement.
You can find a list of all requests in the guide below:

What Are Friends For?
MISSABLE
These requests are included in the "Those Who Heed the Call" achievement section.
Make sure to check in with your friends every day and save regularly in order to ensure that you complete all of them.

A Little Memento
Before leaving any city, besides buying all recipes and stocking up on supplies, it's a good idea to always talk with the other Phantom Thieves as they will most of the time give you items. Sometimes they will give you something to hang in the RV. When you get that first item, this achievement should unlock.
Impulse Buyer
When you access Sophia's shop, there is a chance that some of her items will be discounted if you spent some points into the specific Bond Skill. Buy an item on sale and the achievement is yours.
Who Dares Wins
See "The Most Daring of All" achievement section.
The Most Daring Of All
Dire Shadows look like regular shadows but have a little lightning effect coming from them. They are very powerful and you shouldn't really try and fight them before finishing the game first and being very well equipped. Once you feel ready to fight them, you can revisit every Jail and defeat them there. Since there are 8 Jails, there are also 8 Dire Shadows. Defeat them all and the achievement should unlock.
Here is a complete guide with the locations of each Dire Shadow:

Knife In The Dark
In order to perform an ambush, you need to attack an enemy from behind and then stun them. You are introduced to this mechanic in-game, but to put it simply, press "H" when behind an enemy to perform an ambush on them.
Phantom Striker
In order to perform a phantom dash, you need to jump to a specific location by pressing "N" and then perform the actual dash by pressing "H". To give an easy example, in the first Jail, you can "hide" on cars during actual combat, but if you detonate the cars and kill enemies with it, then it will count towards this achievement.
Item Sweeper
In order to unlock this, you need to collect the floating "cubes" around jails and obtain items, 200 to be precise. This should unlock fairly early throughout your playlist.
Unshakeable Teamwork
To perform an all-out attack you need to hit an enemy's weakness. When you do that, you can press "N" to perform the attack. Do this 150 times and the achievement will unlock.
Treasure Hunter
Pretty self-explanatory, just open chests around Jails and this will unlock. Some chests respawn when you revisit Jails.
Know Your Enemy
To unlock this, you need to use the element that the enemies you face are weak towards. Notice how you have to hit it 300 times and keep in mind that one group of mobs will only count as 1 hit and multiple hits towards the same group will not increase this counter so hit those weaknesses whenever you can!
Eye For Talent
You will unlock this ability pretty late in the game. Basically what you have to do is level up a Persona's attribute just as you have with their level. You can do this in the velvet room and you can enhance any attribute (Strength, Luck, etc).
Mask Connoisseur
To unlock this, you need to collect every Persona out there. Craft any Persona that appears with a red "Unregistered" sign next to them. Be aware that you will only be able to collect your last Persona during New Game +, so don't be scared if you finished everything and this hasn't unlocked yet for you.
Death Defied
To unlock New Game +, you will have to defeat "The Reaper". In order to fight the reaper you will have to:
- Finish the main story;
- Defeat all the story bosses in a rematch through the requests;
- Defeat all the sub-bosses you will get a request for (the requests will state a strong enemy and where to find them in each jail);
- Defeat all the bosses in a second rematch;
Afterwards, you can find him at the end of the Okinawa Jail.
No Looking Back
Make sure to save your game before doing this! After starting New Game + on Merciless, you can then reload your save and enjoy the game on whatever difficulty you want and the achievement should be unlocked.
True Phantom Thief
Congratulations for making it this far! You've earned it!
