go to tartarus and get a lot of yen
Step 2
equip your favorite persona (I chose a fortuna with auto-tarukaja and a bunch of elementals)
Step 3
go to the arcade every day and choose one of the following punching bag (strength)
lucky fortune (magic)
mole whackers (evasion)each time you go to the arcade, your stat of choice goes up by 3 points
by doing this enough, you can basically one-shot everything
