obtaind drugs (make sure niko dosent do em just yet) your gonna want to use the hidden passage in the mines where proto is so you dont get caught by the fbi
Step 2
use the passage to go to the glen then throw the water tube you get from that one robot at the city gate guard to short circut it
Step 3
illegally cross the city gate and sell the drugs to kelvin
