A quick visual guide to the quest flag locations, and the required time/weather conditions to find the flag. The flag number is simply the sequence in which I found the flag, but you can correlate the flag number with the condition.
Fairy Forest require Forest 4 to enter, and Wellnear portal is the nearest portal. Completing each flag rewards you with a "Mores of the Fairies" scroll, and 5 of these scrolls will unlock the boss flag.
