Yes, they are pretty rare, but there are 2-3 at X16390 Y 2978.

If you destroy them for just a little chaos, that wouldn't be very satisfying, now would it?

Let's hook some things to it!

By the way, this is HARD.

When you get to the turbines, aim your hook ahead of the wings, remember to hold the button to activate the dual hook. you have about half a second to hook before the blade passes.

It might take a few tries, but it's possible.

When you get ahold of it, move the mouse down SLOWLY to near the Ground.

If you don't, you run the risk of the dual hook disconnecting.

While you wait for a vehicle, admire rico's arm doing circles.

Now hook it on to a vehicle (Or pedestrian) and watch it fly in circles!

Or you COULD hook it to an idle bike, and drive off in it then watch your body go completely ragdoll.

Remember to try it on Cars Too! It makes them flip out!

You'll also be wondering how i found this? Well, i was looking for a creative way to destroy the turbines, hooked it to a car, and laughed for a day.
