Hiii (҂ `з´ ) i want to show you how to re-play the OLD events for the game Inside the backrooms and unlock the cool skins you couldn't unlock.

How you can do that? (；￣Д￣) ??

Friendly reminder: (always don't copy and paste the " when i write something)

1. Open steam but dont open any game.

2. Go to Inside the Backrooms properties, open the game folder and copy the game in other folder for safety purposes.

3. Go to your explorer like firefox, mozilla, opera idk... And put in the top bar this "steam://nav/console"

4. When you do that, probably the first time the explorer will ask the question if you want to open in steam, say yes and then when you go to steam, there will be a Console in there, like this:

5. Ok, this is the funny not funny part start (ノ-_-)ノ┻━┻ you need to paste this code to download the event from "download_depot 1987080 1987081 8507749197944055856"

6. This is going to download the file version from steam like this:

7. Dont worry if you dont see any progress, dont close or cancel the tab, is downloading even if you dont see in your steam downloads.

8. When is complete, you will have a message like this:

9. Then, go to your steam address in your pc where is located the download.

Usually by default is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\content"

You will see this folder with the code you downloaded:

Enter that folder and you will see another one:

Enter in that folder again and you will see the game files.

10. Copy all files you downloaded :

11. Go to your game files and FIRST VERY IMPORTANT POINT, delete all files from your Inside the backrooms folder.

12. Paste the new files there and play the game. When you unlock all skins you want, simply close the game and go to game properties and "verify the integrity of game files". Do this because steam need to save the skins you unlocked.

F.A.Q.

1. What should i do with the copy of the game i did before?

-Delete them, not necessary anymore.

2. How i start the event?

-By default, go to the lobby room and search the stairs.

3. Can i do this method with other events like halloween or winter event?

-Technically, yes you can, if you search the event information in SteamDB.

You need the id of the game, the depot and the manifest. And then paste in the console.

Like this: download_depot [id] [depot] [manifest]

4. Can i play the events with my friends?

-Yes, you can if they do the same thing.
