How to get Niko back (Spoilers!)

Step One: Turning Off Steam Cloud For OneShot.

It is essential that you disable steam cloud for OneShot if you want Niko back. In order to turn off Steam Cloud for Oneshot, you'll need to go to your GAME LIBRARY, right click on OneShot's name, go to PROPERTIES. You'll have to go to DLC and click on the tick for "STEAM CLOUD". It will make the tick go away, and now Steam Cloud will be off for OneShot.

Step Two: Deleting The OneShot AppData\Roaming Folder.

This part is really important. It contains all of the save data and backup data for OneShot, and if it is there when you delete and reinstall the game, you will still not have Niko back. So, in order to get to your AppData\Roaming folder, you'll need to got to "MY PC". You'll need to go to the "C:" folder, go to "USERS", and go into the folder with the account that downloaded OneShot. You'll need to go into the FOLDER ADDRESS and type in \AppData\Roaming there (with the exact capitalization) in order to access the folder. Look for the folder named "OneShot" and promptly DELETE it. If you're worrying about the game not working when you reinstall it, don't worry. OneShot will work perfect fine, since you're reinstalling fresh OneShot files.

Step Three: Deleting All Local Files Of OneShot

This is easy. You'll need to right click on OneShot in your Steam library and click DELETE. It will ask if you would like to delete all the local files from OneShot. Click yes and OneShot will uninstall all of the files in the steam folder. (Not the AppData ones. That's why manually deleting the OneShot folder from the AppData\Roaming folder is important)

Step Four: (Final Step) Reinstalling The Game.

Now that you've deleted all traces of the game on your PC and turned off steam cloud for OneShot, you'll need to reinstall the game. I'm sure you know how to install games, already. Once it's done installing, turn on the game and VIOLLA! You got the good, ol' Niko back! Be sure to give him some pancakes!
