Party Time DLC

Start by buying all the upgrades for the Ice Cream and Party assuming you already have everything else.

It might not be necessary to buy all the Ice cream upgrades because it probably does not add much, but it might increase the number of customers visiting the ice cream stand.

Make sure to buy all the stands at the party spot, once you have all, go there and check whats needed and fill all 5. You will get around 200 - 400 +- positive popularity from each party time which is around 5% - 10% when you are going for level 10.

Also, buy the tablet, it saves a lot of time.

Challenges

Not doing them is okay, it will just take a little bit longer.

Try to do the challenges whenever they appear, most of them are impossible to do and they get bugged out after a while. Restarting the game or loading a save could help.

The only one that worked 100% of the time was the one about stealing from 10 cars, it adds only 10 popularity but it's better than nothing, depends on how much you like the lockpicking minigame.

If the counter in challenge does not go up, its bugged so dont even bother with completing it.

Staff / Other

I recommend assigning staff to Car Repair, Cashier, Ice Cream and Cleaning.

Obviously use an automatic car wash (I know it's the most fun thing in the game to clean the cars manually...)

The 2 extra staff members always switch with the most tired ones and use the overtime function if they are all on the same exhaustion levels.

Car repair and cashier take forever to do, especially when you get a party bus, you are better off having the staff do it almost instantly with one out of x failing (depends on their level) because they can serve so much more customers in that time which means more popularity for you.

I suggest you do Fueling yourself, it takes seconds to do and it's very easy.

You might consider also doing cleaning yourself since it is way more manageable after the latest update and can save you a 3rd staff member - making the shifts easier to switch between.

Turn OFF Dennis and sandstorms in the menu, if you already spent 10+ hours in the game and all you want to do is get that last achievement, there is no need to torture yourself even more.

Rinse And Repeat

After every party time event (45 minutes cooldown), check whats needed in the 5 party stations.

Buy all the items and refill all your shelves, fuel, ice cream and car parts.

Repeat for few more hours and the achievement is yours.

It will still take approximatly 6-8 hours to reach Popularity 10 from level 9
