The problem lies with cookies from your recent login to Steam with your browser. The MogStation website recognize this and only show you the Steam Payment Option because of that.

The Fix Is Simple, I Know You Never Used Edge Browser Right?

So now, try to login to MogStation with Edge, but make sure you never use Edge for logging in to Steam or Steamcommunity or Steam related links.

If you had use it before, just erase history & cookies completely. And login again to MogStation with your SE account.

That's It.. I Guess..

Well it works for me, and I've been using this method for almost a year (1 time with CC, 2 times with Game time code)

Since I'm "illegally" bought FFXIV from Steam outside of my region, now I'm region restricted every time I open FFXIV Store page to renew the subscriptions. This method of renewing subscriptions is the easiest and most feasible for me.
