Gear Requirements

Though you do not need max level gear to start collecting the collectibles, it is recommended that you start with at least NQ lvl 90 gear that you can buy from the Full Plate Armoire Proprietor (X:12.1 Y:9.7) and Tool Supplier (X:12.2 Y:9.7) in Old Sharlayan. It is best, however, to start with HQ of the same gear that can be crafted or bought off the market board. As you get more purple scripts, replace this gear with the current master gatherer gear you buy to make the process easier.

Where To Gather

The current loop of collectibles can be found all over the areas for Endwalker, but one of the most profitable script-wise is this loop.

How To Gather

Where To Turn In

To be able to unlock the ability to turn in Collectibles for Purple Gatherer Scripts you will have to:

Complete the MSQ Through "The Jewel of Thavnair"

Complete the Feature quest "Go West, Craftsman"Once you have done these and talked to the NPC Ofpolina (X:11.7 Y:9.6) in Radz-at-Han after theit completion, you will be able to turn in your collectibles to any of the Collectible Appraisers found around the different cities of Etheirys.

After getting your purple script gear, Splenderous Tools are even better than the tools found there but they require you to:

Finish the MSQ up to "Endwalker".

Access Crystarium Deliveries by speaking to Katliss in the Crystarium (X:11.0 Y:8.5)

Speaking to Mowen in Eulmore (X:11.4, Y:10.7)

From there, your first quest becomes available. Speak to Chora-Zoi in the Crystarium (X:7.8, Y:11.4) to accept the quest An Original Improvement. This will then begin the quest chain for your tool, your first one will even be given for free in the form of a Splendorous Coffer Icon Splendorous Coffer. When used, it will provide you the relevant Splendorous Tool for your class.

Additional tools for other classes can be then purchased for 1500 White Scrips each when you speak to Quinnana in The Crystarium (X:10.4, Y:7.8). She will also be the vendor for crafting materials and where you exchange collectibles for upgrade materials.
