What Is DDA?
DDA stands for ‘Dynamic Difficulty Adjustment’. The phrase is quite complex, but it simply means a mechanic within a game’s code that is able to adjust certain gameplay aspects to make it more difficult, or easier, for players to carry out certain actions.
In short, a player dominating a match could see DDA make their gameplay less fluid and more prone to error, in order to balance the match they are playing. A player struggling in a game may find their gameplay made more fluid to have the opposite effect.
In Other Words
You play against "your opponent + the game," if he's weaker than you, or to keep your win-rate balanced (~40-60%).
That no matter how good you play, if the game wants your opponent to win - you will lose.
However, to understand what it is and how it works, I highly recommend reading the official documents published by EA. In those docs, everything is explained in detail.

What To Do?
First of all, you should be aware of any sports games published by EA.
However, if you already play this trash, you have one way to counter the DDA, of course, if your time is valuable for you.
You gotta leave the match! Yes, EA threatens you to not be able to find a match, blah, blah, blah. It's a horsecrap!
As EA is the greediest company in the world, they do their best to please every single player, as each of you is a money sack for them. So, they will never make you quit their project and leaving them without profit. As far as the system classifies you as a "non addicted" player, the game will start the cycle of "pleasing" you over and over again.
