The Main Problem Is The EA App.
I could fix this game and open it doing:
Go to "Electronic Arts" folder ⮕ "EA Desktop" ⮕ "EA Desktop" ⮕ "EA App", when its running you must click on "App Recovery", this will refresh the EA App. Then you run FIFA and it will appear (or maybe not) another window of EA App telling you that there is no connection with a button to refresh the page, you press the button and then you must run FIFA again and it will start.
There is a lot of people having the same problem and friends that aren't.
I've been 3 days trying to open this awful game and this steps helped me to do it and i don't know if it will work with someone else.
