Requirements
7-Zip[www.7-zip.org] to unzip the mod files.

Workspace Setup
Install 7-Zip.
On your PC, create a new directory called "FF5 Playstation Prompts Workspace"
Unzip FF5PlaystationControllerPrompts.zip within "FF5 Playstation Prompts Workspace\ModFiles"
Modding The Game Installation
Traverse to the "FF5 Playstation Prompts Workspace\ModFiles" directory.
Select the "binary" folder. Right-Click -> Copy
In Steam, Right-Click the Fatal Frame / Project Zero: Maiden of Black Water menu item, and select Manage -> Browse local files
Verify that you are in the game installation's root directory (i.e.) "FATAL FRAME MOBW"
Right-Click -> Paste.
Windows should prompt you to overwrite 28 Files. Proceed to overwrite the files.
Start up your game copy in Steam to enjoy PlayStation Button Prompts in Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water!
If you notice any prompts which still appear in Xbox or see any prompts that look incorrect, feel free to leave a comment! If you ever need to restore the original prompts for whatever reason, simply verify the integrity of your game files in Steam.
