The rest is for sale from Gatekeeper Gostoc. If you haven't beaten Godrick yet he will appear at the gate room of Stormveil Castle once you have opened the gate.

If you have beaten Godrick, he will appear at the Godrick bonfire and you will need to kill him. He will drop a bell bearing which you can exchange for access to his store from the Twin Maiden Husks.
