The rest is for sale from Gatekeeper Gostoc. If you haven't beaten Godrick yet he will appear at the gate room of Stormveil Castle once you have opened the gate.
If you have beaten Godrick, he will appear at the Godrick bonfire and you will need to kill him. He will drop a bell bearing which you can exchange for access to his store from the Twin Maiden Husks.
Astrologer (Astrologer Set)
For sale at the Nomadic Merchant at the south of Liurnia of the Lakes.
Warrior (Blue Cloth Set)
For sale at the isolated merchant near Raya Lucaria Academy (teleport to the Main Academy Gate bonfire and head down the road).
Prisoner (Prisoner Set)
For sale at the Nomadic Merchant in Aisnel River (underground) behind the thing throwing rocks at you.
Confessor (Confessor Set)
For sale at the Nomadic Merchant in northern Mt. Gelmir (about 2/3 the way up the ladders).
