The strategy:

Back off a bit as she winds up for the move. You just need to create enough space so she doesn't land on top of you, otherwise you will get damaged. Block the first three flurries, dodge to the east once to avoid the fourth flurry, then backpedal to the southeast until she finishes the move.

Requirements:

- Characters with low stamina investment will need a shield with decent guard boost. A fully upgraded Albinauric shield worked for me on a character with only 15 endurance.

- You have to be conservative with your attacks to make sure you have enough stamina to guard.

PROS:

- Works well for us lowly tarnished with the reflex of a sloth.

- Easier and safer to consistently pull off.

CONS:

- You still heal her quite a bit which will result in drawn-out fight if she spams the move and you lack DPS

- 2nd phase inflicts scarlet rot. In one of my encounters, the scarlet rot meter was around 90% full when she performed the move a second time mere seconds after the first one.
