Exact the file into a folder. Open the nvidiaProfileInspector

choose "Profile" in the top left ELDEN RING , then change these settings:

Antialiasing - Transparency Supersampling : AA_MODE_REPLAY_MODE_ALL

Texture filtering - LOD Bias (DX) : 0x00000078
