Step 1: The Start Of A Brighter Future
Go visit the agents Harper and Shen Xiu. You'll want to visit both for the next step to work.
Step 2: ???
Interact with agents and find a bounty that involves killing banshees or hags and activate them. This is why you'll want to visit both agents because Shen Xiu has bounties for killing hags whereas Harper only has bounties for killing banshees. If there is no bounty for killing banshees or hags on either agent then you'll have to wait for the bounty list to reset after a day or week.
Step 3: Profit!
If you have followed the guide properly and activated the bounties required then both enemies will magically be removed from the game, poofed into thin air and never to be seen again.
Want To Reintegrate Them Back Into Society? (optional)
If for some reason you want those little buggers back in the game you need only deactivate the bounties you activated to remove them and like that they will once again be everywhere when you don't actually need them to be.
