Foraging Everything
During the tutorial at the beginning of the game, after the South City cinematic, and after landing on your island: the in-game time stays at 10:00 and your energy does not drain, until a specific point in the tutorial.
This can be used to your advantage. You can forage the entire island's resources! Foraging includes: picking up seashells, logs that lie on the ground, fruits on trees, herbs etc.
Important! Time only starts moving when talking to Fletch after placing the Visiting Site Deed.
Foraging SkillAt the end of the day you will have Foraging at Lvl 9 or more!
What Next?Now you have a solid start to build on for the rest of the game! You have loads of gum logs, fruits, and other things you might have managed to forage.
The seashells can be sold to John for a good amount of Dinks (in-game currency) when he visits!
