Чтобы получать кейсы в “Crab Game” вы должны создать сервер до 16 человек и просто играть с друзьями либо с другими людьми. Самое главное чтобы был онлайн на сервере был хотя бы 12 - 16 человек и через несколько игр вы начнете получать кейсы.

Ещё вы можете заходить на сервера с большим количеством игроков и также просто играть в своё удовольствие, также можно зайти на сервера в которых уже идёт игра и ждать конца, иногда в конце тебе может просто так выдать кейс.

Есть один способ который у меня так и не получился поэтому показывать данный способ я не буду.
