А если без шуток, то надо ограничить фпс в игре (ведь скорость игры зависит от фпс) можно это сделать ограничив кол-во ядер например к 1 (Win + R → набрать msconfig → доп. параметры → число ядер:1, главное потом не забыть и обратно вернуть)
Можно сделать проще, а именно запустить бенчмарк или какую-нибудь игру(в моём случае это был nuclear throne) надеюсь кому-то помог.
