Just Minimize your window like the image below.
If This Doesn't Work
If this doesn't work try importing your save file to any browser, Minimize the window until you get the achievement, Afterwards import the file from your browser onto Cookie Clicker.
All of these options can be found at the top of the "Options" tab.
