Click on this link: https://sourceforge.net/projects/orphamielautoclicker/ and press the download button. And then wait for 5 seconds.

Step 2

When downloading is done you just open OP Auto Clicker.

Setting Up The Best Settings

Click interval: 1 millisecond

Click type: double

Click repeat: repeat until stopped

Picking A Location!

1 Open the Clicker Heroes in fullscreen. Then press ESC for windowed mode

2 When you are in game open auto clicker.

3Look at the picture. First click check circle and after it click Pick location.

And the last thing, you just have to click on the monster (you have to see Y and X cordinates before clicking on monster).

Last Step

You have to be ingame and you just press F6 too turn auto clicker on. But before this, you can go to settings and go to fullscreen mode.

ProblemsWhen you want to turn auto clicker off press F6 again and wait for some seconds because there is too much clicks so it cant stop in one second. So just wait and dont think you havent turned it off, you just have to be patient.
