This one is a stretch, but here me out. When Etienne turns level 10 he gets cool and fine *i not furry pedophile*. On his hat, he has a french flag circle ball thing, like country balls. he also has a french accent. This proves he's french. We know he is a immigrant because of his skin. All children are afraid of war, but Etienne is smart.
