Welcome To The Masquerade
You'll get this achievement just by opening the game and loading into the lobby.
(I find it funny that only 47.5% of players have ever opened the game!)
Somebody Wanna Call A G*****n Paramedic?
You can only get this achievement in duos or trios (duh!). If a teammate gets downed but not killed then you can run over to them and hold [F] to revive them.
LIVE.DIE.REPEAT
If a player in duos or trios is killed, then you can take them to a respawn point. To do this you need to make your way to a respawn point, which are white circular icons with a cross inside that appear on the mini map when you first spawn in Bloodhunt Duos or Trios mode.
There will be a white light that you can interact with that is a respawn point.
The respawn point looks like this:
Human Casualties 0.0
You get this by equipping a legendary weapon. These are spawned randomly around the map.
Winners Don't Use Drugs
To get this you need to enter a pharmacy 25 times. They are located on this map:
No Bright Lights, No Water And No Feeding After Midnight
To get this you have to enter antique stores 25 times. They are located on this map:
Suit Up!
To get this you need to enter tailor shops 25 times. They are located on this map:
First Blood
To get this you need to feed on a person with resonant blood 3 times. These 3 people need to have the same type of resonant blood (i.e. You need to feed on a person with pink, purple, yellow, blue or orange resonant blood 3 times in a single game).
Maybe Add Some Fava Beans And A Nice Chianti
You need to feed on 1 of each type of resonant blood in a single game (i.e. 1 blue, 1 yellow, 1 orange, 1 pink, 1 purple)
Trapped In A Never-ending Spiral Of Life And Death
You need to successfully survive a bloodhunt. To start this you need to kill or feed on a civilian, which will alert the entire server to your location for about 30 seconds. Be careful!
Come Quietly, Or There Will Be Trouble
To get this you need to kill entity soldiers. These are AI Characters that are dotted around the map. If you use your hunt ability [X] they are highlighted in orange/yellow if you are near.

You get this achievement by running a total of 836km. This applies across all the games you play.
Woo
You get this for downing 25 enemy players with low calibre weapons. These are:
Pistol
Dual Pistols
Silenced SMG
If It Bleeds, We Can Kill It
You need to down 25 enemy players with high calibre weapons. These are:
Assault Rifle
Burst Rifle
LMG
MiniGun
Revolver
TMG
Tommy Gun
They Push, We Push
To get this achievement you need to down 25 enemy players with precision/ marksman weapons. These are:
Sniper Rifle
Marksman Rifle
Someone's Still Always Trying To Ice Skate Uphill
To get this you need to down 25 players with shotgun weapons. These are:
9-Barrelled
Double Barrelled
Pump-Action Shotgun
What Drives My Admiration? What Is It That Gives Me Joy?
To get this you need to down 25 players with crossbow weapons. These are:
Crossbow
Dual Crossbows
Get Over Here!
To get this you need to diablerise 25 enemies. You do this by holding [F] when prompted after you have downed an enemy or near a downed enemy.
A Drink To Our Legs
This is a hidden achievement. You get it by jumping into the water at the harbour area. Before you hit the water a shark will jump up and eat you.
(The Harbour is in the bottom left of the map)
Nice Work, Bruh
You get this by hitting 25 enemies with the [E] key ability of the Vandal (Brujah) archetype.
You Wannt Make An Omelette, You Gotta Break Some Eggs
You get this by absorbing a total of 1500 damage with the [E] key ability of the Brute (Brujah) archetype.
Here Is The Peace In Death I Could Not Give You In Life
You get this by hitting 25 enemies with the [E] key ability of the Prowler (Nosferatu) archetype, so that they are revealed in red to you (and your team).
I Am A Shadow, One That No Light Will Shine On
You get this by dealing 1500 damage with the [E] key ability of the Saboteur (Nosferatu) archetype.
They're All Dead. They Just Don't Know It Yet.
You get this by hitting 25 enemies with the [E] key ability of the Siren (Toreador) archetype.
A Revolution Without Dancing Is A Revolution Not Worth Having
You get this by healing a total of 2500 health with the [E] key ability of the Muse (Toreador) archetype.
Power Is Life To Our Kind
You get this by hitting 25 enemies with the [E] key ability of the Enforcer (Ventrue) archetype.
A E S T H E T I C
You get this by placing in the top 3 in a game as either the Siren or Muse characters.
Embrace The Chaos
You get this by placing in the top 3 in a match as either the Brute or Vandal character.
Comfort In The Shadows
You get this by placing in the top 3 in a match as either the Saboteur or Prowler character.
A Desire To Rule
You get this by placing in the top 3 in a match as the Enforcer character.
Kindred
You get this when you reach player level 5.
Whip
You get this when you reach player level 25.
Primogem
You get this when you reach player level 50.

Conclusion
I hope this guide helped. I know that most of the achievements are self-explanatory but I wanted to write something that would help people if they got stuck.
This is also the first 100% achievement guide for Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodhunt, so I hope that it helps! It took me nearly 30 hours to edit this and put it together so I hope you liked it.
