Introduction
This guide will help with locating each of the quest objectives for the quests available in Bloodhunt. A number of new quests were added in the 0.6 patch, each with a unique reward and this guide is up to date with those quests. I made it as SPOILER FREE as I could while still being relatively coherent as there are some story elements to many of these quests, and some interesting things to learn along the way.
Unlike my Octahedron collectible guides, I will not be providing a screenshot of the map for these locations. The quest location will generally show up on your map when you enter a match. If for some reason you don't see it right away, it should appear when you are in the general vicinity of the item. The symbol you are looking for is an orange diamond, which is now featured on the legend of the map as of patch 0. 6. It appears as follows:
In addition, when you are near a quest object and use "Heightened Senses" to scan the area, you will be able to see the quest object through walls. It will look like an Octahedron, and will have a telltale smoke trail coming off the top of it as shown here:
Most objectives will be collectible objects in the field, with the exception of the Quest chain "Welcome to Elysium" in which all objects are found inside the Elysium, and 1 part of the Quest chain "Ashes to Ashes" which requires the killing of an Entity Soldier. The quests are presented in the order they were originally added/acquired in the game, but some of them may be able to be picked up and progressed on concurrently.
I did not include the Halloween-themed quest "Gallow's Hill" in this guide as it is a limited time quest, and primarily involves completing combat objectives on the map.
Bloody Roots
Bloody Roots will start with Custos, who asks you to retrieve a statue to give to Kirill.
Part 1:
The statue can be found in an antique shop north of the Rooftop Restaurant. Antique shops are noted on the map via a symbol that looks like dagger.
The object will be located on a countertop inside the shop itself.
Part 2:
Upon returning to Elysium after the match, speak to Kirill for a 1000xp reward and the next step. Kirill requests that you acquire a painting to give to Maia. The painting can be found (conveniently), inside the Art Gallery, on the small overpass between the two raised sections. The Art Gallery is accessible from the rooftops.
Part 3:
Return to Elysium once more and give the item to Maia. You will received 1000xp, and the next step. Maia wants you to find a piece of tech for an undisclosed person. This object can be found just southwest of the Divine Disco, on the sidewalk outside a shop.
Reward:
Return to Maia upon reentering Elysium and you will complete this quest chain and be awarded the "Lazarus" Player Icon.
Welcome To Elysium
Welcome to Elysium is unique from the other quests in that you can complete it all within the Elysium itself without having to enter a match to progress. It is also unique in that it rewards a Banner at the end unlike the other quests which give Player Icons.
This quest starts with Custos who asks you to retrieve a book for him.
Part 1:
The book is located on the opposite side of the Elysium from where you spawn, on the 2nd level. You can use the stairs on either side and run around to the back area, or use some clever jumping and the statues on the raised dais to climb up from the ground floor. Head to the bookshelf to the right of this 2nd floor area to find the object.
Part 2:
Return to Custos, when then asks you to retrieve another book, left out on a table.
Head back to the area from Part 1, but this time go to the far left side and there will be a table in the corner. The quest object is located on top of this table.
Part 3:
Return to Custos again, who informs you that you someone has taken the book and it must be found.
Head over to the Toreador, Maia, who informs you that she had taken the book to read but does not recall where she left it, but that it must be nearby.
Take the stairs in the Hall of Amenity, by the large statue and turn left and back the way you came, but on the 2nd floor. Head down to the end of this path and in an alcove near the end, you will find the quest object sitting on a couch.
Reward:
Return the item to Custos, who is pleased to have it returns to him. This will complete the quest chain and reward the "Above and Beyond" banner for your efforts.
The Wrong Hands
The Wrong Hands begins with Kirill, who asks you to retrieve a bag near a bike in the Parking Garage near the Rudolfinum.
This quest has been one of the more difficult ones for some people as its not immediately apparent how to get into the parking garage. There are 3 entrances:
1.) A stairwell leading into the ground in front of the Rudolfinum, amidst the hedges.
2.) The road to the west side of the Rudolfinum has a section that decends underground and is the car entrance for the garage. The shutter is most of the way down and will need to be slid under to access the area.
3.) You can also access it from within the Rudolfinum itself. If you head immediately to the left upon entering the Rudolfinum from the front doors, you will see an open elevator shaft leading down into the parking garage.
For the purpose of this guide, the directions I give will be based off entering via the 1st option, the stairwell that leads down from the front lawn of the building.
Part 1:
The first object can be found along the right wall if approached from the stairwell entrance, next to a bicycle.
Part 2:
Upon returning to Elysium, approach Kirill and he will send you back to the same parking garage to retrieve another object, this time it can be found along the wall to the left of the stairwell entrance, next to a scooter.
Part 3:
Return to the Elysium once more, and Kirill sends you out again, but this time into the Rudolfinum itself to collect an item.
The Rudolfinum can be entered from the front, the east side, or from 2nd level balconies on the front, east or west sides of the building.
The object can be found on the west side of the buidling, on the 2nd level just inside from the balcony next to a set of chairs.
Reward:
Returning to Elysium a final time and speaking with Kirill will complete the quest, and reward you with the "Final Death" Player Icon.
Track Record
Track Record begins with Maia, who requests for you to enter the city and obtain some records for her.
Part 1:
The first record can be found at Maia's Haven, the Terrace. Head to the rooftops and locate it on some shelves behind the bar.
Part 2:
Return to Maia in Elysium where she will direct you to the second record she wants can be found in the Divine Disco, at the DJ Booth inside the club.
Part 3:
The 3rd and final record Maia wishes you to find was loaned to a DJ for a party at the Crown Hotel. This location is known as the "Skybar" on the map. You will find the object in one of the booths near the Camarilla cache where all the paintings are displayed.
Part 4:
Upon returning to Maia this time, you find that the princess is in another castle this is not the record she requested, but is instead a note pointing to the true location of the record.
The note points to an alleyway north of Memorial Park, just south of the Art Gallery. Find the alley and find the... trash can the object is in.
Reward:
Returning to Maia one final time, she seems less than enthused about where you found the record, but is happy to have it back all the same and rewards you with the "Funky" Player Icon.
Missing Agent
Approach Omnis to begin the Missing Agent quest. A member of their "network", Vera, has gone dark and they ask you to investigate.
Part 1:
Her last known location was at the Abandoned Mall, The location you are looking for is a few floors up, underneath a set of stairs near the NW side of the building.
Part 2:
Return to Omnis. it seems what you discovered were directions pointing to the Rudolfinum. Enter the city once more and head into the Rudolfinum. If you enter from the front, you will find the object you are looking for in the corner to the right, on top of some storage containers.
Part 3:
The object you found was an encrypted USB drive. Speaking to Omnis again, they check the contents and discovers a hidden message and a new location data. Omnis gives you a statue and directs you to exchange it with a statue found in the Graveyard.
You will find your objective near the northeast corner of the Graveyard, in front of a sealed mausoleum door.
Reward:
Your final visit to Omnis reveals some bad news, but they thank you for your assistance none the less and commit to furthering the investigation. You receive the "Decay" Player Icon for your efforts.
Ashes To Ashes
This quest begins with Kirill, in which you aid him at locating a member of his team, none of whom have returned to the Elysium since the Entity attack from the previous night.
Part 1:
Kirill has received a strange message and does not have the man power to investigate so requests that you do it in his stead. The message points him to a location near the Terrace and your task is to find clues as to the messages meaning.
The location you are looking for is south of the Terrace, in a small side street in front of a placed called "Bar 25".
Part 2:
Return to Kirill. Your investigation revealed a camera that Omnis was able to get some footage off of, but it is not entirely clear what happened. Kirill asks you to investigate the location to see if answer reveals itself.
You are directed to an area on the far south of the map, southeast of the Burning Church, near an Entity patrol unit. The object you must collect is located near charred corpse.
Part 3:
Upon meeting you next, Kirill becomes enraged. He demands that you track down a member of The Entity and kill them to make a statement.
Unlike other quests, the objective here is not to collect and object, but to kill an Entity soldier. Entity can be found around icons on the map that look like a red cross with an X through the lower part.
A good place to achieve this with minimal trouble is the same location as the previous objective, the area on the far south edge of the map, southeast of the burning church. There are often only one or two Entity patrolling this area, and they're often far enough apart that killing one will not alert the other if there happens to be more than one.
Part 4:
Return to Kirill one last time, where he is pleased with your following of his instructions. For completing this quest chain, you receive the "Lost Childe" Player Icon.
A Spy In Prague
A Spy in Prague is the final quest that was added in Patch 0.6 and is probably one of the most story heavy and interesting ones and continues off of the events of "Missing Agent." Speak to Omnis to begin this quest.
Part 1:
Omnis wants to continue the investigation into the disappearance of Vera, from the quest "Missing Agent". They direct you to her room at the Crown Hotel to search for clues.
The location you're looking for here is on the ground level, on a patio at the northeast corner of the building immediately to the southwest of the Helipad.
Part 2:
Returning to Omnis, it appears your investigation has turned up an audio message sent by a mortal to Vera. Omnis then directs you to investigate the location she last logged onto the Network.
The location you are looking for is facing the large courtyard outside the Prince's Haven (just south of the Haven itself). This one can be a bit tricky to locate as its entrance is above ground level, and only accessible through a blown out hole in the wall part way up the building.
Climb up to the hole to enter the apartment, and in the next room over you will find a computer terminal with the object sitting on the desk.
Part 3:
You have uncovered a curious document detailing what Vera had been working on with her mortal contact. Omnis' agents have, in the meantime, uncovered the location of this mortal contact and they ask you to track him down and interrogate him.
You are directed to the Parking Garage, south of the Abandoned Mall. There, you will find a makeshift exposed room containing a desk, some paint cans, a bunk bed and a dress makers dummy. The object you are looking for is next to the bunk bed.
Part 4:
Return to Omnis and they make a deduction based on the evidence gathered and direct you to investigate Vera's studio, located near the hotel square, to get to the bottom of the mystery.
You are directed to a location west of the Art Gallery and southeast of the Skybar, near the large courtyard. Head to the rooftops of the southwest corner of the building here and look for a row of doors on a balcony. The object will be in front of one of the doors.
Reward:
Omnis is unhappy with the evidence you find, but concludes the investigation for the time being. As a reward, you receive the "Janus" Player Icon.
