Back 4 Blood Make B4B, Left 4 Dead 3

Colorpalette

Firstly we go Settings > Graphics > scroll down and make Color grading like this

But if you want more you can use invidia filters which allows you to change how game looks we add

Sharpen+ because game have so much blur

Color for add rusty air effect of Left 4 Dead

Now it is look like bit more Left 4 Dead style

For those who doesn't use invidia like giga chad they can do it with Reshade program use

Adaptivefog and Lumasharpen

with these settings

Settings

Go settings and keyboard buttons

take aim to the middle mouse button

off the "hold to aim down sights"

take bash right mouse button

take voice chat to K (I rather using V)

take team chat to T and we done

We go settings > colorblind mode to custom.

Lets get rid of these call of duty coloring of rarity first make

Orange to Red

Purple to Orange

Blue to Yellow

Make Weakspots White

these colors looks more left 4 dead style. It has to be look like this after you done

Weapon Skins

Use all weapons without skins expect these ones

Change Scar skin to Desert Classic

İt looks like Combat Rifle from L4D2

Change Phoenix 350L to Ridden Season

With scope it looks like CSS AWP from L4D2

Card Deck

Changes

1 Specials die easier

2 Less trauma damage

3 More moving speed but no sprint

4 No aiming down sights

You can change deck muches you want of cource but if you want play like left 4 dead you need

Quick kill : Gives more accurasity while without aiming

Wooden Armor : Less trauma damage

Life insurance : 3 Times down

Pep talk : 30% Health after get up teammate

Killer's Instinct : More damage to weakspots

Left 4 dead 2 musics can give you the atmosphere you need just don't forget to shoot bad zombies
