Jump

What goes up, must come down. When you jump (default keybind [space]) you go upwards, and then gravity pulls you back down. This counts as falling.

This method of falling is best for beginners, and is accessible to any person who can play 7 days to die.

Terrain

The easiest way to fall in 7 days to die is also the simplest: get to the top of some high terrain, such as a mountain, and jump off.

Out The House Window

Find a house with a suitably fallable-from window or balcony, enter, climb up the stairs (avoiding or killing any zombies you meet) and walk out the window or off the balcony.

There may even be some windows on the first floor, only a block or two above the ground. Falling out of these counts as falling, even if it's from a small distance.

This is another easy method of falling, theoretically requiring no items to be even in your inventory from, however doing this without tools to break into the house with may be time consuming.

Off A Tower Or Similar POI

Another easy method of falling is to break into a tower POI. This should require only either breaking the fence or towering over it with frame shapes to get inside.

once you are inside, simply climb to the top of the tower via the ladder, and once you are at the top, walk off.

This method is an easy way of falling late in the game.

Off Of A Playermade Frame Structure, Such As A Staircase

To do this, you can simply make your own frame shapes with some wood, however, if playing multiplayer, you can try and find one already in the wild. Do be aware that there are few cases where players want or need to build a random frame shape staircase and it may be difficult to find one in the wild.

This method is easily accomplished early game and can be scale-able, depending on how large you wish to make the frame structure.

Through A Forgotten-about Hole

A way you can fall, intentional or not, is through forgotten about holes in things like bridges.

These holes can be found in random places around the map, However, the less time that has been spent in that world the less likely there are random holes around the map.

This strategy is much more likely to yield results in multiplayer servers, where more people have travelled and played on the map to have left unexpected holes.

Through Player-made Trap Glass

Do note there is glass in the image, however, it is not visible

In 7 days to die, there is a item craftable at the forge called "Buisness Glass", and is basically a plate of glass that breaks when a player steps on it.

Do note that business glass is invisible meaning that this method is not practical as the chances of you getting fooled by invisible glass is near zero.

The only reason this is included in this guide despite being basically useless is that it is in fact a way to fall.

Unfortunate Gyrocopter Incident

This is a falling method that is only available lategame, and is for only the most dedicated of falling enthusiasts.

While in a gyrocopter and off the ground, press [E] on your keyboard (or whatever keybind you have exiting your vehicle set to) and you will fall out.

This method is by far the best way of falling, as you can get as high as physically possible in the game before falling. However, this method is not available to players early game, so it is not always the most practical way of falling.

This can be done both intentionally and unintentionally. Being a little too tired while at the wheel of the gyrocopter can cause unfortunate incidents to do with falling. Fly safe.
