Extract the zip into your Mods folder in your 7 Days To Die directory

Highlight the link, paste and delete the space above the arrow.

This method prevents steam from removing links all the time.

"Steam\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die\Mods" or

Right click 7DaysToDie in steam library then click Properties\Local Files\Browse Local Files

If you want to remove the mod just delete the file from your mods folder
