Start - Checking
Lets start
Okay, First you should try the "normal" problem solutions, that CAN help you also.
- Check for latest graphic driver
- turn off Morion blur ans SSAO
- check game files
etc..
But, if you still have those Isues (like me), try following!
So, first right-click in Steam library on the game "7 Days to die" and then leftclick on lowest "setings"
In this screen select at "Start Options" "Show Game Launcher"

Then close and start by clicking the "Play" Icon on the 7dtd in steam.
When the Game Launcher appears, select NOT DirectX but GLCore.

Then save and start the game ans try.
For me it worked...
