One play-through takes at least an hour and a half.
All achievements are given at the end of each play.
There are collective achievements in the game, that add up for the next play so you won't be able to get them in one play. Enjoy!

Open the door to the Chief Inspector's office and unfold the drawing. Open the desk drawer. Examine the photo.
Choice: Medallion.
Dialogue: Fear.
Dialogue: Despair.
Dialogue: Murder.
HOSPITAL "DELPHI"

Dialogue: Support.
Dialogue: I can handle it.

We arrive at the farm with Blake.
Dialogue: Okay.
Choice: Glove compartment.
We take out Blake's notebook and leaf through all the pages (Document 10/10) (Achievement: Bureaucracy).
Dialogue: Calm down.
We go with him to the farm, open the curtain. We examine the photograph of the mother. Dialogue: Altar.
Get the box under the altar. Next comes Green. Remove the mask from her. Dialogue: Accept.
Dialogue: Why come here?
Go through all the memories.

RETURN TO DELPHI
In the garden, cut the cable leading to the camera. Try to open the secret door.
Dialogue: Help me.
Choices: Kill him (Swipe down).
As soon as you get to the hospital building. Erica and Green will hide behind a counter in the hallway. Interact with the switch to turn off the light.
Dialogue: Promise.
Enter the tunnels. Enter the room with Dr. Ballard and Toby.
Choice: Pistol.
Choices: Kill her (Swipe right).
Dialogue: Self-defense.
Pull the pipe out of Toby. Open the medicine refrigerator.
Choice: Epinephrine (brown bottle, bottom right).
Put the medicine in the syringe and inject Toby.
Dialogue: Is everything okay?
Dialogue: I have to go.
Enter the tunnels again. We meet Lucien Flowers.
Choice: Pistol.
Choices: Kill him (Swipe right).
Take Lucien's medallion and use it. Light the lamp.
Choice: Inhale (Swipe up).
Choice: Refuse (Swipe down).
Choices: Keep to yourself (Swipe down).
Comments And Summary
This is a WIP I shall be adding achievement icons/pictures next to the area where you should obtain them. As well as re-wording for a smoother English translation.
I just wanted everyone not to have to go to google translate and or hurt their heads.
If anyone would like to help me with the images for the achievements let me know
I dont have them unlocked at this point as I just got the game.
