Zombie Army 4 Dead War SVT-38 Mastery

Introduction

Important!

This guide is about how to get 'Mastery' for your SVT-38 and is NOT about how to 'upgrade it'.

However, if you're having a hard time upgrading your SVT-38 - write here in comments, I will try to help you, too.

Alright, you want SVT-38 Mastery? And this beautiful skin?

It's easy to get!

... well, I do agree, 50 headshots is not that easy - but I will share my experience.

Prepare Yourself - Map

Let us begin here:

MAP

After few unsuccessful attempts - I understood one important thing - you need not just a lot of zombies, you need unlimited source of them!

So, i decided to move to a map with a blood fountain and a narrow corridor, where I can shoot zombies not worrying that some of them will attack me from behind.

I moved to this mission and this map exactly - Mission 11 'Blood Count' - Chapter 2 - 'Keep of Death'

Yeah, you will need DLC for this one - but since you already own DLC with SVT-38, I presume that you own DLC which includes this map, as well.

Here's my setup:

There's no reason to make it any harder - I did it on easy difficulty.

Set enemies for 4 players - you will need a lot of them.

Prepare Yourself - Weapon And Perks

WEAPON SETUP

I did it with such setup:

- Damage Mod III

- Magazine with 20 bullets

- Accuracy Mod III (not melee mod)

Yes, exactly Damage Mod III and not Super Headshot Rounds (we were trying this idea with one of my friends afterwards - but this proved to be bad idea), because, as far as I understand it - you also need to kill someone every 4 seconds (not necessary by headshot, I do believe). And it's hard to achieve this with Super Headshot Rounds only.

But you can try it - why not? It's all your choice.

PERKS

And with such perks:

- Rifle Ammo Pouch

- Sniper Focus

- Enhanced Stamina

- Paper Trail

- Hardened

I did it with 'Hardened' perk but you can choose something else instead.

Together 'Sniper Focus', 'Enhanced Stamina' and 'Paper Trail' perks will allow you to use Empty Lung almost unlimited amount of time.

And there's always not enough ammo, even with 'Rifle Ammo Pouch'.

All these perks were Gold at that moment - so you may need to upgrade them too.

Tactics - Overview

Let's talk about tactics now.

Right in front of you:

-1) fountain in the center of this area

-2) two ammo boxes (one is here, and another - in that room far away)

-3) zombies will go either from the left or from the right (this probably depends on chance).

I think it is much easier to shoot them while they are going from the right - so, if they are going from the left - you can restart from the safe room and try again (or you can try to fill the fountain a bit - usually this will change the direction from which they're coming).

There's also such convenient corridor on the right - and it is so comfortable to kill zombies there.

I recommend you to lure them in this narrow corridor where you can shoot them as much as you wish.

Even without scoring 2-3 headshots with one bullet - you will get this mastery in no time!

And if you need more ammo - it is always nearby!

That's all - I got this mastery here on my first attempt with combo 238 - very nice and easy. And you can do this too.
