Please note that I am using the french version of the game, so the translation of some terms might not be exact but you should be okay nevertheless.

First, you will have to create a scheme in the customization menu with the following:

Infinite Molotov

Infinite Ninja Rope

Longest turn and round timer (you will have to change that later)

No retreat time

Save the scheme and start a custom game with two human teams with only one worm.

On the map selection screen, try to generate a map where there is an accessible alcove with a height of three to five worms (it is not that important but it saves time).

Start the game and get to your first team's turn (that should be the team you use for campaigns, though it might work with any human team but I have not checked that out). Get to the place mentioned earlier, aim directly above you and spam the space key (or the key you binded to the weapons use).

Your worm should grab the ledge above, then release from it, then again at a very high rate, as such:

If the turn timer is over, just skip the other team's turn and start again.

Each cycle adds to the counter and within 5 minutes you should have the achievement pop-up. Even less if you are Takahashi Meijin.

This one is easier but more time-consuming. Fortunately, you will be able to do something else while you're at it.

Start by modifying the scheme you created and lowering the turn timer to the lowest setting possible (15 seconds). Then genarate a custom map with water all around (fortress or single island should do the trick) and place your worm in front of the water.

Select "Turn Skip" for the other team's worm and make your worm throw a molotov cocktail into the water. Then put a weight on the space key (or the key binded to the weapons use) and you can leave the room, since the game will do the work for you as illustrated:

Since you will have to throw it 200 times and the cycle takes approximately 20 seconds, it will take you a little more than one hour to get the achievement. You can try optimizing the cycle but be careful not to take risk hurting any worms in the process.
