You may want to boot up the game and start a new game atleast once before doing this.
C:>Users>*User*>AppData>Local>User Data
Move or Replace the save file into this folder. If you dont want to lose your original save (if you have one) then back it up somewhere else.
Note: "AppData" folder is HIDDEN, You need to Enable "Hidden Items" in folder settings to see it.
Note: "User Data" is the name of the games folder for some reason.
Start the game and load the save.
Move your character to every location on the map and all the achievements should start popping as you enter. I think 1 or 2 require slight interaction. (I cant remember witch ones.)
You should have all achievements now besides the "dig for talisman" ones. Simply go to "estero Park" and click on the shinys you see on the floor to dig them. Reload the area to respawn them. Note the final "God talisman" is random and rare and may take up to 15+ minutes to actually find.
You'll also notice you only have 1$. I did this because once you reach a certain $ amount the talismans stop spawning. If you need gold simply sell the talismans by using the "satellite phone" in your inventory.
Done.
You can also view all the H scenes by going to "Phone" in inventory and selecting "Scene Player"
