Per LegendofTotalWar, as of 08/28/2022, there are a couple of excellent exploits you can use to help yourself out.

1) Lore of Nehekhara and The Restless Dead skill

If you use a Lore of Nehekhara Liche Priest and get them The Restless Dead skill, you can pull off this exploit. Use the Nehekhara lore caster to cast a spell on a ranged unit. If that unit is at completely full health with all units and if it has NOT used up all of its ammo, the effect of The Restless Dead will replenish and even double the unit's ammo. This is because the spell wants to raise dead units back to life and restore that dead units ammo, so if the unit is at full health, then the spell gives the unit more ammo. This works somewhat on units like Skeleton Archers, but it works amazingly on Casket of Skulls or Screaming Skull Catapult units.

Casting a spell on a full health Casket of Souls that still has ammo left will replenish and double the amount of ammo the Casket of Souls has. So if the CoS starts with 20 ammo, the effect of the first proc of The Restless Dead upon the Cos will cause it to have 40 ammo. The 2nd proc will cause it to have 60 ammo, and so on. You won't be able to see the amount of ammo increasing, but you shouldn't see the unit's ammo decreasing either.

2) Reinforcement Stance then Reload Save to Replenish Army Movement

If you use up your movement but are in your territory to where you can recruit a unit thereby going into Reinforcement Stance, Save and then Reload your Save and cancel the recruitment and your army should have all of its movement restored. Note that a commentator in LoTW's livestream I think suggested that Ambush Stance > Save > Reload Save may work as well, but did not get a chance to confirm that yet.

Note that if you do something that completely uses up all your movement like Razing a settlement then this exploit won't work.
