Method 1 (Recommended)

Go to:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Warhammer3\scripts
Open "preferences.script.txt" with any text editor.
Search for "incompatible_save_games_enabled", it should be almost in the end.
Edit false to true
Save "preferences.script.txt".
Your game should allow you to load your saves now.
Remember, that unlike my UI mods, some of the gameplay mods may cause issues if you remove them. You may want to ask mod author if their mod is safe to uninstall mid-playtrough.
Method 2
To fix this you need to:
1) Subscribe to the mod again.
2) Launch the game
3) Load your save file
4) Resave it as new
5) Exit the game
The purpose of these actions is to place your save into "Continue Campaign":
6) Unsubscribe from mod you dealing with and launch the game.
7) Press "Continue Campaign" and game will load save.
8) When your savegame is loaded, resave it as "Fix" and you'll see that it's no longer red.

In case you dealing with mod that is removed from workshop, I recommend Method 1.
