Introduction
You need to download the older version before 2.0.2 because it seem it wont unlock with the latest patch.
I used version 2.0 to achieved it. And yes, you can now download the older version using Steam console.
Requirement
You need at least 45GB of free space.
Step 1
Open the Steam console by copy pasting this code into your Windows Run Box or Web Browser:
steam://nav/console
Step 2
Copy pasting these commands into Steam Console and hit enter but make you sure the download is finished before start another one.
Game Launcher (300MB) download_depot 885970 885975 8822516830983765670 Game Data (43GB) download_depot 885970 885976 4839815951869953790
Step 3
Once download finished, the Console will display the location, for example:
Steam\steamapps\content\app_885970\depot_885975 Steam\steamapps\content\app_885970\depot_885976
Step 4
Delete, backup or rename your Data folder from:
Total War ROME REMASTERED\Contents\Resources\Data
Step 5
Copy or move all the downloaded files from Step 3 to your game folder.
Step 6
Launch the game and but make sure at the bottom of the TWR launcher it show v2.0.
Hopefully it wont crash.
Final Step
Now load your save file (pre v2.0.3) or replay the game. It will unlock once your turn start.
You can now 100% this game!
