❐ Resources are limited as difficulty increases, with the exception of scrap metal — it is always the same amount.
◈ It is also noted that you have to carry FULL Shivs with you to access Shiv Doors. Try not to waste Shivs on infected, because with their help you need to open locked doors with valuable resources.◈ And don't waste a lot of tools to improve different types of firearms. To begin with, upgrade only one weapon completely, and only then all the others.

Other Achievements
Upgrading a weapon is critical to making your journey easier as it improves your weapons in a variety of manners based on your play style. There are 2 types of resources needed to upgrade weapons:
Parts - They are the main resource required to upgrade your weapons throughout the game. They are found in random places, however, Shiv Doors contain a hefty amount. You are guaranteed at least 50 parts each shiv door.
Workbench Tools - A weapon upgrade can ONLY be done at a Workbench and every weapon needs at least 3 of these tools to be fully upgraded.Which weapon you would like to fully upgrade is your choice and CAN be done in one playthrough as long as you are thorough in your looting and focus solely on that one weapon throughout the workbenches that you will encounter. You can also do a second new game plus playthrough, in case you didn't manage to have enough parts to fully upgrade a weapon in your first playthrough.
There are 6 different items needed, which will require different materials to be able to craft them. Eventually, you will be able to craft 6 items throughout the game. As you play the game, you will unlock more craftable items. These items are the following:
Items to craft Materials Medkit Alcohol + Rag Molotov Alcohol + Rag Shiv Binding + Blade Nail Bomb Blade + Explosive Smoke Bomb Sugar + Explosive Upgraded Melee Weapon Binding + Blade + Melee Weapon The entire list of required blueprints becomes available in the «Pittsburgh» chapter.
This achievement requires you to pick up the 5 melee weapons in the game, upgrade them using the crafting items: Binding and Blade (unless you picked up an upgraded melee weapon) and use the extra hit points on enemies for each weapon.
2x4 Pipe Baseball Bat Machete Axe The entire list of necessary weapons becomes available in the «Tommy’s Dam» chapter.
In The Enemy of My Enemy in Left Behind, shortly after finding the Artefact named Duct Recorder, you'll enter a sports shop with infected and bandits inside. There are bottles and bricks on the floor, so use one of these and aim it at the bandits. The noise will attract the attention of the infected, tempting them into attacking each other. This will unlock the Trophy.
There are other opportunities to get this later on, so don't worry if you miss it first time.

After visiting the Halloween store, Riley will challenge you to a throwing competition bricks. Need to destroy [7] windows Red car with bricks.
If Riley gets ahead on points and says she has one last unbroken window left, reload the checkpoint to make sure she doesn't win the match.

Be sure to complete the achievements in the order they are listed below, otherwise you may miss the first one on the list!
Rising to the second floor on the escalator, look into the room with the arcade machines "Raja's Arcade".
Interact with the Jak X Racing machine in the back left corner for this trophy. Do this before interacting with the arcade machine.
You will play The Turning arcade machine. You will need to win the fight without getting hit. The match is just a sequence of quick-time events with plenty of leeway, so simply hit all the inputs correctly and you won’t take any damage.

> Restart the checkpoint and reduce the difficulty level.
After the Arcade, Riley will challenge you to a best-of-3 game of water blaster tag. You have to hit her once to win a round. Keep your blaster loaded and remain stealthy, and you should be able to hit Riley whenever she starts looking for you.
