Intel in the Division is a kind of collectibles and it is divided into 2 categories: Field Data and Evidence. The second one can help you to understand what exactly took place and what events have happened with various Factions and in the past and the first one contains Incident Reports, Crashed drones, Missing Agents and so on. You should find them all on the exploring territory.

Missing Agents

When the main story is started in the Division, Faye Lau, the agent, will tell you the story of the first group of agents. The contact with them has been lost. You can come across the Missing Agents all over your world map. You are able to find the agents’ reports. The tail of markers will show you their locations; follow them for recovering the information. Totally the number of Missing Agents is 20.
