Below are a few pointers:

1. Learn when to abandon bad runsIf you do not buy at least 2 things (food or pet) in a turn during early and mid game (below tier 5 pets) just abandon and restart. Sure you may still win a battle (or even 10 trophies) but that's just because you were matched with easy opponents during the run or you were lucky with your shop

2. There is no such thing as winning as long as you get (<10) trophies.Whatever other people say, not getting 10 trophies is a loss. Game makes you feel bad when it gives you bad RNG, and the abandon hat to make you feel worse about it giving you bad RNG.

3. Game is purely RNG.Don't talk about strategies because sometimes you might roll 10 times and not get what you need for the "strategy" you were building. You might still win with no-combo pets but that's just because you were matched with easy opponents during the run or you were lucky with your shop
