HOW To BYPASS / SKIP LAUNCHER
Best Method:Right click Stellaris in your games list in Steam - click - > Properties.
Go To > Launch Options (at the bottom)
Write the file location of your Stellaris.exe with quotation marks at the beginning and end, followed by a space and %command%.
Example (your location may be different):
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stellaris\Stellaris.exe" %command%

Disclaimers:I only have the base game installed - with no DLCs
I created a Paradox account during the install setup but did not link my Steam Account (choosing the 'skip' option)If you have DLCs installed or have linked your Steam Account to your Paradox account and found this method does not work please respond in the comments so I can update the guide accordingly.
