Just A Preset I Made
You can still change all the settings after loading the preset and re-save it under your name, so feel free to use at will, no credit needed, but appreciated :)

Preset locationIf you want to use it, extract the file into the following folder:
...\AppData\LocalLow\L2 Games\She Will Punish Them\Character Presets
Shortcut hintPress Windows Button + R, write or copy/paste %appdata%, then navigate 1 folder back to AppData and go to LocalLow etc.
