You can find the present in the first mission. It can be found in close proximity of some of the bells and it is hard to miss since it shines at regular intervals.

Ring all the bells in town in 'Miracle on 3rd Street'.
In the first mission you will be given the task of ringing some bells. Only 3 bells are needed to complete the task but if you do choose to ring all of them, you'll get the achievement.
You can ring the bells using your guns but you may have to walk up to the last bell in order to complete it.

Get that Kid to a Psychologist
Find all the snowmen vignettes in the North Pole.
There are 8 snowmen you have to interact with in order to get this achievement. In order to interact with a snowman, just run up to them. If they start to talk or make noise, then that means you were able to interact successfully.
Below is a list of the snowmen with a brief description on their location.
1. Viking Snowman - He's found way out in the open and far from all the structures. Just super jump and check out the lanterns to find him easily.
2. Turdis - This one is located inside a cave near the mission starting area.
3. Snowman Centipede - Check the buildings along the western portion (if you are facing the locked gate) of the map (on the left side of the wall).
4. The Two-Face Snowman is found near another regular non-speaking snowman in the vicinity of one of the stables.
5 & 6. The Police Snowman with the megaphone can be found in the southern portion of the map (facing the gate). Make sure to also talk to the snowman they are talking since that snowman is part of the achievement.
7. Gangster Snowman - This snowman can be found in the eastern portion of the map (near buildings) close to a staircase leading down.
8. The Bodybuilding Snowman can be found VERY close to the Gangster Snowman in an alley with a dead-end.

Lick the candy cane barricade all the way through in 'The Fight Before Christmas'.
In the second mission there will be an optional task of licking the door open. Complete the task for the achievement.
This will take a while so maybe you should read the dialogue. It's actually pretty funny.

Deliver a present to Zinyak in 'The Santa Clawz'.
The Zinyak statue mentioned in the description is on Magarac Island. It is the same island where you controlled the gigantic statue to fight against Paul.

Find all the letters to Santa in the holiday missions.
Below are the locations for the letters needed for the achievement.
1. The last letter is gained for completing the DLC storyline. I'm putting it on #1 so that you don't waste time looking for it. (Source: TA[www.trueachievements.com] )

2. Opposite of the first corner in the first mission there is a crowd. The letter can be found on the stage they are facing.
3 & 4. There are 2 letters near CID. One is in front of the billboard behind CID and the other is on top by the clock face.
5. Another letter is on top of a building in the frozen pool area.
6. A letter is situated on top of the movie screen.
The Fight Before Christmas
7. There is a letter in the same room where you pick up the Gift Box Disguise. Just look left immediately after entering.
8. There is a building near 3 snowmen trying stop another snowman from jumping. On top of this building is the 8th letter.
9. The 9th letter is on the desk in Santa's room.

10. The final letter can be found against a building perpendicular to the first 2 objectives in the final mission.

Playing The Text Adventure:
A World Without Christmas
Complete the holiday text adventure.
There are 2 parts to obtaining this achievement (thank you El Presidente for the info). One is collecting all 8 text adventure collectibles and the other is by playing through what you collected.
Collectible Locations
1. The last text adventure is gained for completing the DLC storyline. I'm putting it here so that you don't waste time searching for it. (Source: TA[www.trueachievements.com] )
Miracle on 3rd Street
2. The first text adventure can be found on top of the clocktower (as CID refers to it). This is the same building where you can get electrocuted.
3. The second text adventure is on top of the store where you stole the air gun.
4. The 3rd text adventure is located beside the gifts in the pool area.
5. The final text adventure for this mission can be found on top of building opposite to the movie screen.
The Fight Before Christmas
6. You can find one of the text adventures in the second floor of one of the stables.
7. Another text adventure can be found right before exiting santa's workshop (right before you go head to the sleigh). It's hidden on the side.
The Santa Clawz
8. There is only one text adventure in the mission and you can get it during the boss fight phase. Face both the Festivus Pole and the huge Christmas Tree then climb the tall building on your right.
The computer to play the game is found near Pierce's location.

Make A List, Check It Twice
Make a List, Check it Twice
Complete all instances of Naughty and Nice.
Naughty and Nice is Santa's version of an aerial Mayhem activity.
For those who have not played any Mayhem activities yet, it is basically a time challenge to build up enough points using combos.
In Naughty and Nice's case, you use the gift cannon (right click) to build combos by shooting it at the blue targets. These shots won't generate points/money but it helps you set up the combo counter for the red targets which do give points when shot with the left mouse button.
This achievement is hard to fail because you simply need Bronze on all 3 instances to unlock it. Then again, completing it on Gold will save you a lot of time.
A Very Genki Holiday
A Very Genki Holiday
Complete all instances of Genki Holiday.
Genki Holiday is basically a holiday version of Mind over Murder. For those who have yet to try this, the goal is to shoot the appropriate objects into targets using TK. The only difference in Genki Holiday is that there are moving targets that let you perform combos to save a ton of time.
I believe you still get it for completing it on Bronze. In order to save time, learn to catch your own TK projectile to get more shots in or get targets while the projectile is returning to you. The achievement is hard to fail.
