The Bug Explained & The Solution
The bug prevents the achievement from being displayed by steam unless you have them unlocked. They only get displayed as a +2 on the achievements tab.
Those missing achievements are fairly simple. They are:
All Signed Up
Place a sign on every square of the credits level
You can access the credits level via the options menu
Clueless
Fail a level 15 times in a row
The fastest possible way is playing the easy level "Twister". Simply put the only tile you have on the nearest platform. Start the round and tap the spacebar twice, when the red ! is appearing.
