1. DeLorean DMC-12

1) Exterior
Design of the DeLorean, and its SS304 unpainted stainless steel is iconic enough to not confuse with any other cars.
• Hood
Early 1981 Fuel cap and side groves Late 1981 Side groves 1982~ Flat, De Lorean badge We can safely assume that ingame model is based on later model.
• Rim
Early 1981 Late 1981~ Early batch had almost matte grey rims complete with matching cap.
• Rear view
UK/RHD US/LHD Our DeLorean here is US spec.
• Suspension height
Left- US spec / Right- Original spec To comply with infamous US bumper height law, DMC had no choice but to bump up suspensions.
we can see that the ingame car received some aftermarket treatment in this regard.
2) Interior
Matches with ingame model/textures.
• Radio
1981-1982 Craig 1982~ ASI Sometime in 1982 they switched the radio, and it was a minor improvement.
ingame texture shows the older Craig model.
2. Ferrari F40

1) Exterior
F40 was an unique model, while cars like Venturi 400GT and Koenig Testarossa possess similar look, you'll have no problem telling apart F40 from those cars.
• Front view
Euro spec US spec LM American bumper regulation strikes again, giving F40 a huge splitter and moustache. and side lights in literal side of the car. thankfully, our F40 is an original spec.
• Rear view
Euro spec US spec LM Same rules, addition of wide thick black strip bumper and foglights are moved to side in US export version. ingame model has, for some reason, LM's look.

Matches with ingame model/textures.
3. VAZ 2106

from early 80s, VAZ factories began to replace details with plastic counterparts to reduce production costs and to look 'modern'. here is the list of changes:

If mirrored, matches the ingame texture and model apart from aftermarket steering wheel.
Digital dash was also offered to buyers.

Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z Pontiac Firebird Trans-Am Despite some similarities, 3rd gen camaro is easily identifiable from other cars in the era.

1982 Z28 1984 Berlinetta 1985 IROC-Z 1991 RS Front bumper design suggests our camaro is 1985+.
• Rear view
1982 Z28 1984 Berlinetta 1985 IROC-Z 1986 IROC-Z 1988 IROC-Z 1988 Sport Coupe 1991 RS Additional brake light aka CHMSL is in rear spoiler. confirms ingame camaro is a 1987+ model.
2) Interior
1982 Z28 1984 Berlinetta digital dash 1984 Z28 1990 IROC-Z 1990 is the only production year with mix of pre-1991 exterior and newly introduced interior.
ingame model clearly shows airbag steering wheel therefore it's a 1990 model.

Despite the debadging, 'Spirit R' emblem is clearly visible in car's dash model. gauges were originally colored black, but changed to white in 2000. apart from the Momo montecarlo it is identical.

2013 2017 2017's NISMO tuned R35 is an exact match of ingame model as you can see in the pictures.

Exact match apart from the removed GT-R logo, despite being a vehicle of japanese origin, ingame car has a LHD interior unlike other cars.

Small number of SE30s were converted with kits as 'Jota' spec, and they can be identified with SV-style dual vents clearly visible on their engine cover and body. our car is Jota.

SE30's steering wheel is unique, and that said wheel and layout fits the ingame model.
15. Porsche 964 'RAUH-Welt BEGRIFF(RWB)' 'HOONIGAN'

Does not match the ingame model, ingame dash looks more like the one from Lambo Countach. also digital dash ingame is broken and displays random pre entered values.
Traffic Vehicles
1. Nissan 'Ken-Mary' Skyline 2000GT-R

Single-year production model that was a failure on sales(mostly because of OPEC embargo related to Yom Kippur war), nicknamed 'Ken-Mary' because of Nissan commercials of the era featuring the ideal couple respectively named Ken and Mary.
2. Pontiac Bonneville

GM B-body classic, wheel arch cover, no two-tone on top. ingame model looks weirdly compact for a full sized sedan.
3. Spartan Pumper

Only post-00s traffic vehicle.
4. Peugeot 505
Origin France Year 1984 Horsepower 97(Basic) 0-60 16.6(Basic) Top speed 96mph/154kph(Basic)
No CHMSL or extended bumpers in sight, ~1985.
5. Chevrolet Caprice

Side mirror placement and rear wheel arch with no cover of any sort, quarter rear window shape says it's '93~'94. rear fascia of the car is entirely different from the real example.
6. BMW E30

Touring wagon model is introduced in 1987. ingame model is fitted with older pre-facelift taillights, circle headlights are completely visible and not obstructed by grille, US spec.
7. Mercedes-Benz 190E (W201)

1989~ 190E, alloy wheels (1986+), updated side moldings and bumper (1989+)
8. Ford Mustang

Has a 'Eleanor' style aftermarket front bumper from 2000 remake of 1974 movie Gone in 60 Seconds and Shelby-style rear look, but there's no side vents of any sort. i'd rule out this car as a replica. for a comparison of '67-'68 mustangs, read 1.6 '68 Shelby page from Drivable Vehicles section.
9. Volkswagen Type 2 (T2)

Completely roundish bumper, turn indicators in lower pos. (~1972) taillights are post-facelift. T1-ish paint finish.
10. Volkswagen Type 2 (T3)

Assuming lower black part in front as a second radiator grille, it's 1983+, round headlights were replaced with square ones in 1985.
11. Audi Quattro

Non-sport 'UR' version, Euro spec.
12. Dodge Charger
