How To Instal
The Patch for uncensoring the game is available, but not shown on Steam (in my case the german version).
So use a browser and look on this page:
https://steamdb.info/app/1761550/
In the upper right, you find an "Install"-button.
If you push that, the page tries to install this DLC - maybe you will be asked, which program you want to use (Answer ist Seam, of course).
After that, the patch should be shown in the DLC-Sector of the game in your library.
That's all, folks...
