About Us:

Metropolitan Public Safety (MPS) was formed in September 2020 consisting of a group of friends, some of which are active Military and Law Enforcement personnel. The group was established to provide a friendly and structured gaming community for individuals with diverse tactical backgrounds that enjoy tactical gameplay. MPS utilizes Ready or Not as the primary platform while employing a combination of realistic tactics employed by tactical teams worldwide. Members will experience a variety of leadership roles and tactical decisions where teamwork is crucial in order to safely accomplish the mission with the highest degree of success.

Mission Statement:

MPS is committed to the preservation of life and property during critical incidents. We respond to calls for service in high-risk situations, such as conducting search and arrest warrants, barricaded suspects, raids, hostage rescues, or active shooters. Our mission is to bring order to chaos.

Disclaimer:

We are a small, tight knit group that aims for quality over quantity and the way we operate is not for everyone! While we are very relaxed outside of Ready or Not, our members put in hours of their time to be proficient and expect operations that are organized and methodical with a strong emphasis on proven law enforcement tactics. You’re accountable for every round that comes out of your firearm! If you’re expecting to join a group that plays in a semi-tactical manner with simplified tactics made up on the fly, this isn’t the group for you.

For those of you that remember the Sheriffs Special Forces (SSF) Unit and Mod for Swat 3/4, two of our members came from SSF and we essentially operate the same way!

About Us:

We are a CQB-simulation unit comprising individuals from North America, Europe, and Africa.

Each week, we deploy in response to custom scenarios that demand deliberate mission planning,

rehearsal, and execution.

Although many of our members have a law enforcement or military background and expect the

best from their teammates, tactical experience is not a requirement to join. We are actively

recruiting competent **English-speaking** individuals with a **microphone**.

Prospective Applicants:

Typical Pipeline (after submitting an application):

Within four days of submitting an application, accepted applicants are invited to our

[1] Discord server and assume a probationary role (PO1). Probationary members are eligible to participate in training missions and courses.

[2] Within two weeks of joining, probationary members graduate from our basic course and assume an operational role (PO2). Operational members are eligible for deployment and operational duty.

[3] Operational members who wish to lead operations graduate from our advanced course and assume a leadership role (PO3). These individuals are eligible to deploy as element leaders.

Los Suenos Police Department

About Us:

The LSPD is a EU/NA milsim server for the game Ready or Not which spans multiple departments and over 270+ active members.

SWAT

The SWAT department is focused on being a MilSim experience. We currently have 3 SWAT Teams, and over 40 SWAT Officers. Although we host events for the more casual, non-SWAT members occasionally, our main focus is realism and authenticity.

Each team will host training sessions at least once a week, but you are also free to play whenever you want. Operations are hosted less often but will normally involve multiple teams: these are large scale, realistic sessions.

If you're looking for a realistic MilSim experience the SWAT Department is the place for you.

Warrant Division

We also have a Warrant Division, consisting of detectives who are tasked with creating operation storylines, files and large campaigns for the SWAT teams to experience and play out. As a detective you will also be attached to a SWAT Team, you will write reports and operate with your attached team in game. Think of the Warrant Division as our Gamemasters, providing a layer of story and challenge to formerly mundane missions.

Training and Development Unit

We offer all our members 1-on-1 in game support via our instructors who will help you learn the basics of the game. If you are a newer player do not be worried about applying to our SWAT Department. Our Instructors are there to organize training sessions covering all of the tactical aspects our SWAT teams implement, regardless of your already existing knowledge. You can be starting from scratch, or already be an expert.

We track member progress using Qualifications, which can be granted through field operations or TDU classes hosted by our Instructor team.

SWAT Academy

We mandate that all our members pass our SWAT academy, hosted by our Instructors. These classes aid in teaching newer players basic tactics and game sense.

The LSPD is organised to aid our members in every way possible, we follow the LAPD ranks and offer our members a rewarding promotion system, including tenure ranks.

We have a tight knit community full of hardworking people to make our Warrants and SWAT Departments the best they can be, but we also provide frequent community-based events which focus on fun and engagement. Everyone needs to unwind sometimes!

Some of the aforementioned events include giveaways, movie nights and in game RoN events like hide'n'seek and zombie modes.
