Operation C.C.R.O. (Control and Contain Raven Opposition).

Upon the kidnapping of the president, the Eagles enacted their contingency plan for such an event.

This authorized the creation of genetically enhanced soldiers, called Superbirds.

The first, and currently only mission they have is either A. recapture the president, or B. avenge his death...
