Total chance formula is 100 or 50 * 0 . lowest number of stars of any of the 3 scout = X%

For 100% combos:

Minimun chance is 10% = using at least a 1 star scout

Maximum chance is 50% = using 3 5 star scouts

For 50% combos:

Minimun chance is 5% = using at least a 1 star scout

Maximum chance is 25% = using 3 5 star scouts
