Description
Check if the metal door of the room with her cut-out is open. If closed then let her kill you.
Take a shelf from the initially blocked room. To do this, attach a hand at the side of a standing shelf at pull it slowly in a straight line to pass through the initially blocked door. (This is because a shelf in a lying position is almost impossible to pass through the door.)
Take the shelf to lying position and keep it right in front of the generator room's door. It will act as support for chairs.
Take all the interactable chairs of that area, which are - all the chairs in the room with her cut-out, all the chairs in the initially blocked room and the chair next to the furniture barricade in the hallway, to the generator room.
Go inside the generator room, touch the power supply, wrap around the pole and go out of the room, preferably standing on the lying shelf.
Place all the chairs with the free hand near the shelf to form a barricade, with the chairs preferably being in a disoriented rather than standing position. Also, make sure to leave enough space for hand to shoot at the receiver and grab the battery.
Shoot the hand at the receiver and grab the battery. Run around in the room with her cut-out a few times to make sure she is properly barricaded.
Now you can go solve the rest of the puzzles and maybe, also explore the school!
[Note: Once you enter the hallway at the end, she will be teleported to the room and start to chase you straight away, regardless of where she was before. Run along the hallway and press the lever as usual.]
Explanation (Probable)
Though Miss Delight can open doors and move objects out of her way, she has a limit on how much or how easily she can move them, and that is quite low. So she can't move if there are too many disoriented objects in her path. This is my presumption based on my observation about her movement, so it's not guaranteed.
