Fixing An Issue
In some cases, the hands may freeze / stop firing. Technically it's not a bug and can happen at any point, but stands out the most in this case. Anyhow, changing the Screen Mode in Settings to Full Screen should fix this.
Settings
Turn off Motion Blur
Set game brightness to max
Set device brightness to max
Adjust mouse speed so that holes are pointed as fast as possible.
Make any changes to settings that increase visibility in holes while keeping the game running smoothly. (Such as setting Fog to Low)
Turn off or set to minimum anything that doesn't help with hole visibility or fps.
Gameplay
Stay in the middle and start spinning as fast as possible while having a quick glance in all the holes in front of you, and try hitting the toys while moving. This will set a nice rhythm in your gameplay before it gets intense.
Also, you probably already know, that toys make a growling sound before attacking. Don't forget to hit the toy(s) making a growling sound first.
